Sore today from 1/2 hour cardio on Monday and Tuesday. It might not sound like much, but I have mucles hurting that I did'nt even know I had! (Denise Austin can be such a B1+ch! Ha ha!)

Oh well... just have to take a couple Advil and rub in the Bager Balm!

I'm right there with you. 10 Minute Trainer is kicking my butt too. Someone told me the key is to keep moving when you are sore. Easier said than done.
