Sore today from 1/2 hour cardio on Monday and Tuesday. It might not sound like much, but I have mucles hurting that I did'nt even know I had! (Denise Austin can be such a B1+ch! Ha ha!)
Oh well... just have to take a couple Advil and rub in the Bager Balm!
