So last night I did some activities on the Wii Fit...Love it! And yesterday i was skipping around with my youngest son like a Kindergartener. Although i found out that i gained some weight it didn't bother me bezuse I hadn't been doing ANYTHING to lose it besides trying to cut back on certain foods and that seemed like a losing battle. No I am not even hungry like I was before. I ate one peice of chocolate last night where usually i wouls have eaten all of the chocolate in one day, if not in one sitting. I had one hot dog instaed of two plus some chips and a soda...Oh yeah, no soda for like a week and a half now! Go me, Go me! To some people this may seem small, but this is a GREAT thing for me. One day at a time, one step at a time, one pound at a time, I can do it.

What a healthy attitude! We have to give ourselves a real break and look at the long-term improvements, just like you're doing. You're making real changes. Way to go!
