Missed doing a journal for a couple of days! My sister is in town, and I've been distracted. I've also been eating some stuff that is NOT good for me. I've also not been doing my exercising like I should be! OY.
It stinks, but I'm getting back on track as of Thursday!(My birthday is tomorrow!)
