I was sitting on the couch yesterday-actually laying-getting ready to watch Oprah when the little excercise fairy fluttered in my ear and told me to get up and go to the gym and DO SOMETHING. I am happy I listened to her, because I went on 2 machines and did 2 1/2 miles - which for me is GREAT. I am really taking how I look and feel seriously. This morning I woke up with a wicked bad sore throat and feeling sluggish. I had plans to get back into the gyn today, but I am going to listen to what my body needs...and right now.....it's snoozing.....lights out for me...oh yeah, that guy from THE BIGGEST LOSER last night really pissed me off...gaining 17 pounds!. I totally would have booted him!

Well done on getting to the gym! I too am suffering with the start of a cold at the moment - and I'm afraid that is all the excuse I need to avoid any form of exercise!! I've just spotted that you're in the Blue Team for the Biggest Loser, so good luck with that! I've watched the Biggest Loser UK before, but I'm not sure if we're up-to-date with the US version of the show. Just checked Sky, and there's an episode on tomorrow from series 3 - is that the currect series??

I just looked and it said we are in SEASON 5...Oh well, it looks as though you have a couple of season you can watch...Where did you see that I was on the BLUE team? Is there a special section/area we are suppose to look at? I am drinking sugar free HOT apple cider that has 35 calories and 0 fat....it is SO soothing on the throat...

Oh well - I won't be able to catch up in time then! I just looked at the list of Blue Team buddies and you're on the list!! Ooh, that hot apple cider sounds good... I'll have to make do with more tea for now - it's not too high in cals when made with skimmed milk! :)

Hi Afternow...there is a FATSECRET BIGGEST LOSER competition that is starting on Sunday...There is a blue, red and black team...I wish I could tell you more - that's all I Know....
