Depressed beyond belief tonight. I just want to sit and cry but what good would that do me? Besides it has nothing to do with my weight loss so maybe I should just forget about it.

Didn't do too bad today...even though I had a couple small bites of wedding cake. Yes wedding cake and no it wasn't my wedding. HAHA.

I really need to start moving more. I've been sore the past few days and I know it will get better and be less stress on my body the more I move ...right now it is just annoying.

Anyway, making it short and sweet tonight...just not really in a talkative mood....Im sure tomorrow will be a much better day!

Regarding fitness, if interested, you might try the Couch to 5k Challenge, which I think starts in a day. If jogging isn't your thing, then (my opinion) you could always exchange brisk walking for the jogging & still accomplish the goal -- cause it's about doing your own personal best, or at least, that's what I told my mom the other day.

Crying is good-- it is cleansing. When I need a good cry, I try my best to have it. ( you know, appropriate location permitting.) Get it out, and feel better. I am beginning the C25K tomorrow. I hope I don't keel over, but I must get moving. Your soreness will subside. Try soaking in a nice hot Epsom Bath ( 2 Cups for 20 min.)and, if you think it might help ( and won't interfere with anything you might be taking) try a Calcium-Magnesium supplement. Those things work for me, they may help you as well. Here is to a better week!
