I gained 100 lbs on a "healthy" eating plan, and I only started it to lose 10!!! I had a hard time making it to two hours much less three without being hungry, was always counting calories, fat, eating my veggies and "healthy whole grains" and exercising. Needless to say it didnt work, atkins is the way to go for me
