I feel more well rested today than I have all week. Finally some good sleep! Now, tonight I will hopefully get a workout in because I'm feeling better. I am feeling really bloated today though, so that needs to go away. I'm sure a lot of it has to do with the junk I've been eating this week and not exercising. I'm hoping I can get back on track quickly.
I'm excited for the zoo tomorrow. I haven't been in a few years, so I'm looking forward to it and the kids are going to have fun. The next weekend we are going to another, smaller, zoo with a friend of mine and her kids, so that will be fun. And, I'll get a lot of walking in the next couple of Saturdays.
