A very ambitious goal! I bet you can get at least more than half way there pretty easily! I've been averaging around 3lbs a week for loss, I think. You may surprise yourself when Thanksgiving comes around, after being on MF for several weeks you wont be able to eat as much, and maybe you wont crave a lot of the foods! Are you cooking your own feast or going somewhere else? You could always try to make some more MF friendly options if you are the one preparing it. Turkey is ok... and you could still make some of your usual favorites but maybe alter them to be more diet friendly. That way even if you splurge it wont make you feel quite as guilty. :)
