I have decided to join the hunt again. I am back on MediFast in the hopes of losing these last 25 pounds to my goal weight. I hope to be off the program by Thanksgiving. I am going to push myself hard to get to the goal before then, but if I don't make it I will have to go back on the diet after Thanksgiving (I know I'm going to eat Thanksgiving dinner for that whole weekend so I'm not gonna even try to kid myself that I'll be on the diet).

A very ambitious goal! I bet you can get at least more than half way there pretty easily! I've been averaging around 3lbs a week for loss, I think. You may surprise yourself when Thanksgiving comes around, after being on MF for several weeks you wont be able to eat as much, and maybe you wont crave a lot of the foods! Are you cooking your own feast or going somewhere else? You could always try to make some more MF friendly options if you are the one preparing it. Turkey is ok... and you could still make some of your usual favorites but maybe alter them to be more diet friendly. That way even if you splurge it wont make you feel quite as guilty. :)
