I spent an hour this morning writing all that I did yesterday on my phone, only to have it disappear. Ugh...I HATE when that happens. I just need to grab the computer to do it, so I can copy what I've typed so it doesn't happen again.

Have to get to my exercise, but I'll update you some time.

BTW ... My Jr High Girls Soccer team SCORED THEIR FIRST GOAL OF THE SEASON last night!!! It was our only goal & we lost both games badly, but to see the excitement on the girls' faces was priceless. It wasn't no fluke goal, either. A nice set-up. :)

Muscle weighs more than fat...I have to remind myself all the time, so I know not to get frustrated if/when I stop losing weight (& gain muscle!) since I've started exercising. Have a great day! :) Deb
