walking done, kettle bell done. oh and on an exersize note when i first got my tredmill i thought well why not put the dog on it too, now my pittbull walks 20 min every day and will sit and wait for you to turn on the thing. well today after a week of kettle bell the crazy dog pickes up my 5 lb bell and takes off with it! ok i don't mind sharing but dang his teeth are leaving marks in the plastic coating on the bell. i am either going to have to get him one for him or learn not to leave the bell on the floor where he can get to it! its my toy not his!

Laura, GREAT job!!! And I am rolling here about the dog. That is soooo cute, and hilarious. My cats always try to join me in my exercise routine, and if I am on the floor I have on that likes to climb on my back! He is such a brat. I am so proud of you, girlfriend, you are AWESOME!!!

That's just too funny! I guess your pitt bull knows his breed is supposed to have great jaw strength and he doesn't want to fall behind. If I had a nickel for every one of "our" things our dogs have claimed as their own simply because they were on the floor, I'd be rich enough for liposuction. In general, they're both really, really well-behaved, but if something's on the floor long enough, they'll try to claim it as their own, esp. blankets!

Maybe you dog is trying to show you he can do better! Lol my old dog would always jump on the trampoline! Lol Well done on all the exercise!

Yeah Laura for getting your exercising in. I too did mine but it was different. I've put in about 4 1/2 hours so far between walking, lifting, raking etc. Yard work today if I can count that as exercising. I was still moving.lol I refuse to do my regular workout in front of the husband. I just feel very uncomfortable doing it in front of anyone. When I do my floor exercises, I have 2 pugs that like to lay on my belly and stare me right in the face. I usually get to laughing so hard that I can't do my bridges.lol It is about 22 extra pounds that I am lifting though. Enjoy the rest of your day.:)

Laurie, of course you can....that is great exercise...enter it as yardwork! As for the pugs, I understand, my cats do the same thing to me, and they aren't picky about whether it is stomach or back!

So funny, the dog stealing your kettle bell. Did you see what he did with it? Funny if he was lifting it up and down!
