I am 29 pounds from my goal of having a BMI in the Healthy weight range. Losing 1 pound/week will make this happen at the end of my birthday week. Cutting out 500 calories means only one small glass of wine a day, cutting out the ice cream again and measuring meat, carbs and fats.
Also need to add at least an hour of any kind of activity...additional housework, yard work and start walking again.
Goal is 1296 calories (calories needed at my goal weight with a sedentary lifestyle) and an extra 200 calories of activity.
