Unbelievable. 2 calories. My consumed calories are 2 calories more than my burned calories. Grrrrr. I didn't drink enough water either. Feeling frustrated, feeling discouraged. Feeling a bit edgy too. :( I have to remember that this is temporary. The day is almost over, and come morning I will try again. Thank G-d for the weekend and for shabbat!
Ok, it just bugged me too much to let that go. So, 5 min of pushups and I am back to a calorie deficit. Yay! I used to do more regular push ups, but now I find myself doing more of the "girly" ones. My arms still feel kinda rubbery. After enough bench presses and seated rows anything is heavy- for me that just happens sooner. I need to get used to the exercise bike again. I don't like how hard it is for me to maintain more than 15mph. I want to be able to do at least 17mph sustained for 5 minutes. At that speed I could burn around 500 calories an hour, granted I can not do that speed for an hour, if I can at least do 5 or 10 minutes it's worth it because of the calories. I need a bigger deficit.
