well i dont know what tomorrow's weigh in will tell me.... i dont think i will go down all that much. I didnt eat really well this week at all. this weekend i will need to do a lot of cooking and freezing so this doesn't happen again! i have 2 weeks to loose 5lbs.... I really want to make it happen! I will start the workouts this weekend. I hope i can do one every morning even if it is only 20 minutes!
