The Last time I was here it was in Feb and I must say that it has been a ruff year of emotional eating. I can't begin to count the number of times I started eating right and the next I find myself in front of the fridge pulling out another soda pop or looking for another brownie. The year ended and I'm still an emotional mess, but I can't keep doing this to myself. I have promised myself nothing is bad as the next brownie I grab!
