Zumba today! yay!

Calorie-wise I did OK. I try to eat at least 1200 calories and not go over my 1400 calorie RDI. I see from today's food diary that I am too high on the carb side if I want to lose 15 lbs in 3 weeks. Protein was only 20%. :(
I tend to eat more carbs on the weekend as I run errands. I have got to keep snacks in my purse and/or car. It's cold enough outside to keep perishables in the car. Anyhow, a new day tomorrow. Sunday is a challenge, but I think a few almonds and cheese sticks (low fat) in my purse should be OK.

I shan't beat myself up! :)
