I am still not very good at getting more exercise in, but I can see from looking at my weight history how diet has had a HUGE impact. By tracking what I eat and managing portion size better I have lost about 6 pounds in the last month (4-5 weeks). For the most part that is with having no significant exercise. (I get to work out for about a half hour up to 4 times a week, but usually my activity isn't stuff that gets my heart rate up.) Based on these insights I conclude that once I can increase my exercise regimen now that I am starting to do well with the diet aspect of weight management I should begin to have a lot of progress gains soon. :)
