I managed to lose 1kg this week. I guess I was getting rid of water in the first 2 weeks. I am happy with the progress. To be honest I did snack on chips a few times this week but I added that intake to my daily calories and kept to my daily calorie intake.
Having exercised via gym before (no exercise now just a diet) I know all too well that you should never judge your weightloss journey based on a scale.
Calorie intake for the week has been less than 900 a day, fasting 18 hours. The journey continues...
