My friend gave me a shake to try today it is Total lean SHake by GNC.
Never really geve these a try yet. So i am having that with almond milk and half a bananna and some blue berries.
I have a pair of goal pants i want to get into.... i can do them up but they leave muffin top... ewwwwww no one needs to see that! So i figure 5 more LBS and they will fit!!! As pants get too big i am giving them away right away!!!
