Day 4 and still trucking along...Still in a rough patch...definitely ups and downs...but each day i focus on that day...and look slowly ahead knowing that it will all get better.
I didn't make the best choice last night with eating...but oh well I moved on :) Today is a new day...and that is where my mind set is! Have a great day all!
