I dont think i have eaten a vegetable for a week! i feel so sluggish and tired! I have to get food cut up and sorted out so i can eat better!
back to drinking my green tea! i missed that!
Motivation is so hard! you know what you "should" do but actually doing it feels like so much effort! AHhhhhh!
Well no pain no gain i guess!

If you don't have the motivation, use your determination. Don't give up what you want the most for what you want right now! I just saw that quote. I like it. Focus on the prize! Make a plan and stick with it. Summer is coming. Go on Pinterest.com and type in "fitness motivation". They got all kinds of pics, quotes, recipes, etc. It makes me get up and exercise every time.

It can be so hard to get started, but once you do that in itself can be motivation. I'm on day 2....feeling good after just one day of eating good and exercising is a great motivator! So....eat a veggie, drink some green tea, and keep it up!! :)

I always feel so great after a work out! and i know once I start again I will wonder why I didn't start sooner! thanks for the support it is appreciated!!!
