As of now I have yet to do anything extensive. I barely have 3k steps and on a normal day I’d have close to or more than 20k by now. It feels good to actually rest and not be concerned with doing something but I know I shouldn’t expect great results with weighing in in the morning…especially if i go over my calories and don’t take an evening walk to try to offset it.
