Well today is off to a good start! I got up early and went for a 30 minute walk with my dog! Both of us came home happy campers!! I plan to keep this up all week and going forward! I feel so much better after! I have a good lunch ready to go so i should be good for the day. Confession time..... I ate almost a whole tube of pringles last night!!! Geese! Not good!! I was waiting for dinner to be ready! BAD! I have to tell my hubbie to stop bringing that stuff home or lock it away!!! hahaha ANyhow we will see how my weigh in goes on Friday!
