Let’s just say I’m going to definitely have to go back to OMAD, simple & 1200 cal because I was not seeing results, stallings and getting frustrated with everything else. Today I needed to have iced coffee. Its not something I usually drink but with the canna butter it makes my day better and I was not ready for Monday but It was actually a pretty good one. I used about 4 Splenda. I know when I go crazy with the mio i gain/stall so I’m sure that may tamper with tomorrows results along with my half minded food choices. 🥲
I got 4 tacos from JITB…I had decided I didn’t want to cook and that’s what I was going to eat. Got home and 2 tacos in I remembered the “starving” feeling I get after eating crap & decided to make steak and eggs. I finished my eggs and half the steak. I also had ½ a beef hot dog with mustard from yesterdays bbq.
I see some peoples plate for OMAD and its loaded with stuff. I guess I could have those options if I choose more cleaner food with no carbs, or do carnivore keto. With the weather still in the 100°’s I’m ok with enjoying more summer bbq fun.
