The best part about today was being able to buy a contoured, padded sports bra that was size 40D. Yes, that's still big, but I used to wear 44DD bras, and that's less boob for me to carry around. Yay!!!
I did my workout today. I've gotten bolder about going up to the dip and pull-up machine. I just put on my Ipod and listen to some obnoxious song so that just in case someone recognizes me, I can say, "Oh, I didn't see or hear you." I would freak out and not do those pull-ups if I knew someone I knew was looking at me LOL I managed twenty today.
Pat says I'm starting to minimize my middle.
I weighed in on my wii fit board, and it said I was 193 even. I guess we'll see on Monday!
