well i have not made a journal entry in about three years lol. i have not even opened this in about a year or two needless to say i still have 20kg to go. i only realised this was still active when i tried to open a 'this time i'm really serious and determined' new me account.

But i am. i eat better and less and yesterday worked out for a solid 20minutes and did get sweat dripping. Today i walked for about 20 - 30 minutes (i felt typing a solo '30 minutes' might be somewhat untrue/inaccurate on the being generous with numbers front - as i am not sure - and therefore unhelpful.)

Anyhu here's to honesty, dedication, commitment (may seem like the same thing but i assure you they are not in this case), weight loss, healthier fitter me and more good things in life! work hard but be kind to yourself sometimes, the way you are always kind to those you love! love more laugh more live more learn more explore more lose more (<diclaimer - i in no way imply the one leads to or stems from or is connected to the other, i am not qualified to make such suggestions or declarations {but i will dish them out when i shed the kilos babey trust- not that i will be more qualified or will have proven them etc but those are the spoils of losing the excess fat !!!! i'm entitled to saying something that can be distantly, potentially, substantiated by the fact that i have lost weight and am fitter and healthier)
