I'm unbelievably excited at how well this is working. I just hope it keeps up and that I don't get discouraged. Crazy to think that year after year of dieting got me nothing but stress but eating foods like this is getting me weight loss. Amazing.

I can't wait to make those brussels sprouts tonight - I've never made them because of the heavy cream in the recipe and all the fat. But that's delicious and I can't wait.
