Have lost 7.3kg since 8th of January. Went away with my family this weekend who were watching me every mouthful I took and kept telling me that I was not eating properly. I was happy to go for a weigh in as soon as I returned and I had lost 1.3 - I rang them immediately and felt like telling them to stick it up their .................. I will try and continue the good work

Good for you for sticking it to them! Whatever you are eating is right just look at your weight history. Unfortunately that's why I usually don't tell people when I'm dieting. Though I know they probably look at what I eat since I am overweight, I think they'd be more critical if they knew I was trying to lose some. Stay strong and keep doing what you're doing! Don't let their negativity get to you.

Congratulations on your weight loss! It is really hard when you are out of town. Know one knows what you can eat and how many points you have except you. Keep it up Helcha!
