pfduser - shot with iPhone/lightening is an undercabinet LED on my kitchen countertop.
PinayRN - keep it as simple as possible single ingredient home prepared meals. Food is my major dopamine trigger, thus I'm trying to keep it interesting and vary my diet by experimenting with different vegetables/greens/fruits, grains, spices, oils and protein sources. Every week I am going to Whole Foods Market or ethnic food store or Farmers market nearby and getting something new to try.
