If I may suggest...try reducing your carbs. I have the primal blueprint cookbook and I noticed they are heavy on carbs for some dishes. If you combine a bit of Atkins philosophy with Paleo you may see results. I kept tweaking my diet until I could get in the 20 carb range each day. It helped me to keep experimenting. Also, I never lost any weight right before my period until it was through. So I have about three good weeks to lose weight.
