Body Pump at the gym tonight - totally exhausted. I don't think I'm eating enough. Starting to get light headed if I stand up too quicky (low blood pressure??) and eating doesn't seem to help. Hmm. Gonna have to experiment and see what's up.

Keeping carbs low. Though today I forgot and totally had a diet soda :( meh, at least it was the last one in the fridge :)

My salad at lunch at work was delicious! And I know my coworkers are wondering how I can eat such delicious food. They all eat their little lean cuisines. Those NEVER filled me up!
