I have a doctors appointment tomorrow and I know they'll weigh me. I haven't been weighing myself.

I'm going to attempt to start Donating Plasma on a regular basis, so they'll weigh me biweekly or however often I can go in. Yay, I won't have to weigh myself :)

This is day 3 of the Whole30 - I used Ghee to cook with last night but its all fat. I think I'll be ok. Haven't had cream or milk or cheese all week. I feel great. Coworker commented on my weight loss today, and my pants are falling off. I need to get some belts!!!
