I may be getting back on track again. I sure have quite a ways more to go, but I am starting to get things under control. I stayed within my RDI yesterday and wasn't too far off the day before. Still it is very hard for me to believe/ expect success. I know this is a problem because a lot of times we get what we hope for. I don't want to beget failure because I feel like a failure from time to time and have trouble seeing how others would see me differently, yet part of me knows that if I'm not careful to guard my thoughts I will get precisely what I don't want. Tomorrow I'll weigh myself. I hope to be under 150 and it would be nice if I've actually lost weight, but it's probably too soon to expect real gains.
