good Wednesday Morning! It is dreary weather today - snuggle under the covers kind of day. but i am at the office! The good news is my evening is free and i plan to go home and make soup and catch up on chores since I was away all weekend. and of course I will plan another successful day. Planning is key for me! Making time for me! winning! Hopefully the rain slows or stops and me and doggie can get a walk in. I guess we should put on rain gear and go anyway *said the nagging voice in my head*. I stuck to my plan yesterday - SUCCESS :) - until i could not sleep and that midnight munchie craving kicked in. Here is what i have been doing for that - graham crackers; 2 rectangles. 5 chocolate chips per rectangle. Into the warmed oven for 5 minutes, then spread the chocolate on the cracker. That's my midnight munchie instead of potato chips.
