Being brutally honest is the ONLY way to go with your food diary. I was yesterday and it was a real eye opener! I stayed within the carb limit but blew calories out of the water. I wasn't going to put everything down but though, the only person I'm hiding it from is myself and just because I don't put it on my food journal doesn't mean it doesn't count! It was hard to see it... trust me. But I was glad I did.
