Tofu... if you look at your day and stop and think about it can you identify the triggers? I know that in and of itself can be hard but maybe if you can indentify what triggers the compulsive eating you can try to work through them. We all have a day or two where we might really "blow" it. The most important thing is don't let this be the "fall off the wagon" Make this a learing experience and go forward. Tomorrow is a fresh a day!!
