Good morning all Did a hot yoga class today. It was really good way more athletic then the one i usually do on Friday mornings. Just found out my hubbie doesnt have to be at work until 8:00 tonight so i might go back to the gym and do the Boot Camp class.... we will see how my body holds up during the day!! So far i have been keeping up my promise to myself and walking every day and I have been trying to get to the gym at least 3 times a week so far i have only been able to go twice a week and thats ok! This weekend we are away and in a Hotel with a pool and gym so i will make sure to visit both as much as i can. All in all im ok with my progress. that is all i can ask of myself!
