I am a compulsive, emotional eater. :( I allowed the 'beast' to escape from her cage and wound up snacking on food I shouldn't (a lot of cheese and even some white bread which I don't even like, it just happened to be there; I know I am definitely having carb cravings.) So I don't know how to record all of that, perhaps it is something to admit it at all. Now is the challenge I have not yet overcome...getting the beast back in the cage, i.e, reigning in my out of control compulsive eating.
