Well I weighed in this morning and Not terrible I guess! I have been trying to get back to the gym but I have been sick since before Christmas. This cold keeps on going and mutating into something different every few days! So ANNOYING! Hopefully next week I can get back. For now I have been pretty good I just haven't been recording my food. So I will start today! No time like the present! Goal setting time: Gym 2-4 times a week **eating enough veggies and fruits in a day** reaching the 140ies by mid March I will re evaluate my end goal at the end of March. Happy tuesday all!!!
