I realized when I was in the kitchen earlier that I wanted to eat- to graze really- but I wasn't really hungry and stopped myself before I started to act. I feel somewhat proud of myself for recognizing this and making a better choice, though I don't feel all that encouraged because I have so far- to me it seems really far- before I can get to my goal weight. Also I am mad at myself for losing so much ground. I had lost about twenty pounds towards the end of last year and I've gained it all back and then some. :(
