Preplanning is better that menu on the spot. This is my fist week of intermittent fasting the major part is getting enough water and the lemon & ginger in the morning so, I will continue a new start today.

Levine I plan all my meals a fortnight I advance. It makes it so much easier to shop and to organise dinner. I always make sure I have a couple of salad dinners, a couple of fish, eggs, then meat. Good luck with your diet!
