Today I went on the scale and after one solid week of the atkins diet and 4 days of working out hard...but I didnt shed nothing...very frustrating...i must have done something very wrong....i was expecting to loose atleast 2lbs but i weighed the same .....sad...gotta go back to the drawing board

Don't be discouraged! you could have gained muscle! :) keep at it..looks like ur doing great in your exercise!

Did you measure?...when I began it took awhile and then while in the induction stage of atkins it began... I was in the fat burning mode... try to follow the induction plan to a tee and measure yourself to see if your losing inches..also scales can and do lie... drink half your weight in water oz ... I know this will work just keep it up you will see I wish you much success on your journey:)
