Journal de Anita Cocktail, 03 août 09

First day at the gym went well today. I got in a good 40 mins of treadmill and some weight training. I felt really good about it. I'm hungrier than usual today but I was prepared with healthy snacks so I'm on the right track and I've had my 64 oz. of water.

I already added dinner to my diet calendar because it's all planned out but I'll change it later from home if it's inaccurate in any way.

I'm feeling pretty tired (I'm an insomniac so it's not unusual) and I'm hoping it's good tired from working out this morning and I'll sleep well tonight.
