The struggle is real. I'm feeling a bit more positive these days with weight because I know there is some increased muscle as well. I started working at OMNI in Walmart and walk about 10-14km/day (16000-20000 steps) which has started making changes to my body shape. Picking up some healthier foods, finding my comfort zone again within the lower carb/higher fat-protein area. *fingers crossed*
