I think I'm actually enjoying this diet! Definitely don't feel as hungry all the time like I did when I was on a low fat diet. Also don't seem to have as many cravings. The biggest problem for me right now is that I have to somehow motivate myself to start exercising. Arrrrrgh!

Hey there, When it comes to exercise start small, take baby steps. Tell yourself that hey I think I will go for a 10 minute walk today or dance for 10 mins whatever you feel you can do. Then judge and see how you feel after that. :) then take it day by day till you build a workout routine you are comfortable doing and feel that it is working for you. You dont have to start with an hour of intense workout regimen. That just sounds scary. Best of luck to you and your weight loss goals. :)

Thanks so much for the encouragement Sandra! And you're right - I've been thinking too "big", and I need to start out small. I'm going to take your advice and try a 10 minute walk tomorrow...and maybe even dust off my Wii! :)
