So far, so good, I guess. Ate lunch out today and it was pretty easy sticking to Atkins. Seemed to be easier than when I did low-fat. And I guess what they say about cravings is true, because I really haven't had any cravings for sugar or carbs. I'm just having a few doubts about whether or not I'm actually in ketosis, or just losing weight because my calorie count is lower than before. Am in the process of reading DANDR book, which is much more interesting than I anticipated, so maybe I'll have a better understanding soon. Have to exercise...tomorrow. Tomorrow.
