Holy cow! I ate way tooooo much today. Had a luncheon at church, then a going away party for a friend. I didn't "cheat" - no bread, no dessert - but I think there may have been some sugar in that broccoli salad, so I only ate a couple bites. And even though the coleslaw was made with Splenda, I think there was some lite mayo in there with a couple carbs. But definitely at too much food. I hope this doesn't put a kink in my progress.
