Well have finally got under the 100kg weight - weighed in at 99.7 and have lost 10% of my weight. It has been very hard over Easter and pigged out a couple of times but managed to get back on track - that is more than I have been able to do for a long time. Now for the hard one - am going away on holiday for 6 weeks and hope that I don't put on any weight while away. Would be happy to come home the same weight as not. So, goodbye to you all - hope you all do well and I will be back on this wonderful site once I return.
