Happy Friday! Had a good weigh in, down around two lbs. I resisted to urge to do so before was dressed and in shoes. The boost would have been nice, but would have thrown off using doctor weigh ins as well. I logged pretty successfully this week. Was not a super healthy or low calorie week, but I kept it reasonable. Stayed at least 3 to 4 hundred below rdi each day. Still grabbed a McDonald's breakfast on a late day but kept to sandwich and unsweetened tea instead of pop and potatoes as well. Added more veg to my more calorie dense meals to keep from overeating the more carb heavy foods. Had a massage Wednesday. In the short term that means more pain and soreness, but the loosened muscles will mean less pain long run. I wasn't moving a lot this week, bad sleep and fatigue had me slow. I got in my two swims and a c25k jog last night. I haven't been walking to the parking garage or on my break though. Hopefully pain and energy will improve was warms up and get back to that. Is a good way to squeeze an hour walk into company time instead of having to make time before or after work.
