Okay...my trip out of town was a disaster. But it also was a good experience because I found out what happens when you don't follow the "plan". I absolutely couldn't resist the blackberry cobbler with homemade vanilla ice cream. yum. But oh my gosh did I pay for it later. Talk about upsetting my tummy!!! The good news is that I'm back on plan and did not gain any. Just feel like I'm starting from scratch again.

You have lost 6 pounds since you started so maybe the strawberry cobbler was something you really needed in order to steady yourself and then start on the next leg down. Keep up the good work!

Thanks so much for the encouragement. I was so disappointed with myself at the time. But I'm back on track now - have the atkins low-carb headache to prove it! lol. Have a great day!
