This is from limiting my daily carbs and sugar intake. I started find little ways to fit in a half hour of exercise a day. Like taking my son out in his stroller with me after work. I will continue to do this to not only spend quality time with my wife and kids. But to continue making healthy choices part of my new lifestyle.
